DRUG ABUSE AND TRAFFICKING

Dr. R. Thilagaraj, former Professor and Head of the Department of Criminology, University of Madras, specializes in Juvenile Delinquency, Human Rights and Cyber Crime. He was the Chairman of the Indian Society of Criminology. His academic distinctions include Career Award by UGC and ISC Kumarappa Reckless Award. To his credit, he has published eight books and more than seventy articles in professional journal. Dr. S. Karthikeyan is at present Assistant Director in the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of Home Affairs,New Delhi. Prior to this he was the Deputy Superintendent of Police in the Central Detective Training School,Hyderabad and Investigating Officer in the Narcotics Control Bureau. He was confered with Fellow of Indian Society of Criminology for his contribution to Criminology.
